The story

Lulu  is a lady that arrived to the island chasing after a famous pirate named Johannes Frederikzoon. She comes from a european wealthy family and had decided to leave everything behind and go against her family to chase after her true love.

She arrived to Santo Domingo in the XXI century and had decided to establish herself  with a house to share it with the city inviting all the locals to spend unforgettable moments with her marvelous gastronomy and party spirit.

The story it’s still to be defined, due to the fact that her and Johannes Frederikzoon are still looking for each other to reunite and define the future of their love.

Meanwhile you are welcomed to come to her house and enjoy of her splendid and sofisticated taste for the good life.

Lulú is to me the best interpretation of our adventurous personality, an informal way of understanding life and gastronomy, allowing us to enjoy it to the fullest.

To sit around the bar with an ‘Ice Cold Beer ’ or with a good glass of wine on your hand, a place that bonds the gastronomy along with the bar and with this reinventing the concept as we know of it, without forgetting of having our pepper shaker on the table, spreading the concept of feeling and making it a bar, our bar YOUR BAR. It is our fate to create a space where we can connect the bar and the kitchen in a fun way where you will be the performers of a place of dreams and gazes, where ‘finger- licking good’ next to a glass of wine will leave no space for boredom.
